Hi there everybody. How are you all today? Hopefully all is well and getting ready for another weekend in your summer. For today, i’ll stick with the X series and have a look at another one of Zero’s techniques. Today’s RRF is: ‘Shingetsurin’. This one here is a little bit more unique. While this one here is used by Zero, it’s one that you don’t get to use at all. Why? Because this one is used by Awakening Zero in Rockman X5. It’s one of his special powered-up attacks when Eurasia crashes and Zero becomes Maverick. Shingetsurin, or True Moon Ring, is basically the replacement to his buster shots. Rather then just his simple buster shots that are used by him in the game, they are replaced into fair-size blue ring projectiles that will home in on X. They are pretty easy to avoid, but if you aren’t careful, then they can hit and they can also hit hard… much like all of Awakening Zero’s attacks do. If you are good at fighting against Awakening Zero, with or without the Ultimate Armour, there are ways to both make him use this attack only, and not use it at all. It all depends on how you fight him. Overall, while this attack is pretty cool for Awakening Zero, it would’ve been cool to actually use as regular Zero, but then again, an evil Zero needed his own littler arsenal.
